Shailesh Bagaitkar (B.Com., MBA Finance 1989)
Shailesh had a vide experience in Finance & Accounts, over the period of 25+ years. He worked with Construction sector for 16 years, as well transport sector for 4 years. He started his professional career in 2010, have an experience of its own of more than 10+ years. Being associated with banks as well financial institutions over the period of time, he has a good rapport developed with the industry, helps to serve the client with required loan product. He worked with most of the nationalized banks and with various NBFC’s, have proven track record of loan cases in all sectors such as, engineering, trading, hospitality, hotel industry, pharma and so on.
His approach towards customer is in three stages-
To understand purpose of fund requirnment
To suggest preoper product of loan.
To ensure low cost and high tenure for the same.

Vaishali Bagaitkar (B.com 1992)
Vaishali had an experience of 15+ years in business consulting. She is consulting to a food manufacturing unit in production, as well in administration for more than 10+ years. She has a potential to take calculated risk and have capacity to take decisions in time, after considering the repercussions of the same. She is a back bone of the LLP, and helps shailesh in arriving major decision of finance.
